UK mainland deliveries:

Your order will be packaged and sent within 3-5 working days of confirmation of payment.

 

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class (at a £6 flat rate for smaller item such as jewellery).

Non-UK mainland deliveries:

Please contact me directly before placing an order to anywhere else that is not UK mainland to check what the current situation regarding international postage is.

 

Here is a rough indication of what international shipping cost will be:

USA & Europe Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For (£12.50 flat rate for jewellery). Delivery to the rest of the world is likely to be £15 flat rate (for jewellery), but may also be higher depending on the destination country).

PLEASE BE AWARE: All international customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees that may be charged your end when goods enter your country. These are not included in the cost of shipping of your order. I cannot accept liability for these costs.

 

The delivery time for international orders will vary according to location.

Returns

 

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases and with the service they receive.

 

If a ceramic item is not as you expect or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to contact me by via my contact form and request a refund stating the reason for return, provided that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for careful packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you.  If possible, please reuse the same packaging that was originally provided

 

Postage for returns is to be paid by the buyer. All returns must be sent via recorded post and you must provide me with a tracking code as soon as it has been dispatched. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days or, if you prefer, exchange it for an equivalent piece.

 

What if my ceramics arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days from receipt with a photograph.

 

What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
